Stino’s Frozen Foods

Please note: As with most natural foods, separation may occur. For food safety and quality, read and follow these COOKING INSTRUCTIONS to ensure that the entire product reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165°F. Cooking time may vary based on equipment and quantity cooked in equipment. Check for doneness using a thermometer.

  • CONVENTIONAL OVEN – 400°F Preheated

    • For best results allow product to thaw at a refrigerated temperature of 40°F for 24 hours but no more than 48 hours prior to cooking. DO NOT REFREEZE. Remove product from container and place in an oven safe dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 20 min, remove foil and continue baking for 10 minutes or until a minimum temperature of 165°F is reached.

    • From frozen conventional oven 400°F Preheated: Place in oven safe dish and bake uncovered for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a minimum temperature of 165°F is reached.

  • MICROWAVE OVEN – 750 Watt

    • For best results allow product to thaw at refrigerated temperature of 40°F for 24 hours but no more than 48 hours prior to cooking. DO NOT REFREEZE. Strain liquid from thawing and place container in the microwave and cook for 9 minutes with the lid on until a minimum temperature of 165°F is reached.

    • From frozen 750 Watt: Microwave with lid on for 13 minutes until a minimum temperature of 165°F is reached.

*Adjust cook times as necessary if using a different wattage microwave oven
